Delicious doughnuts, kolaches, & bubble tea at Ace Donuts in Jennings, LA! :-) The strawberry milk tea with the passion fruit popping boba is a good combination because the the tartness of the boba provides a nice contrast to the sweetness & creaminess of the tea!! Also, the service is always fast & friendly, and the prices are very reasonable. My only "complaint" about this place is that it closes too early (i.e., at noon).
Awesome staff, awesome service, awesome donuts and king cakes. I came here Christmas Eve morning to get donuts for my family. Donuts were tasty, I used the drive thru service, and they were fast to fix my order. In addition, they had king cakes! I bought one for my family and myself (I'm from out of town). This king cake did not disappoint! The whole family loved it.
I'm visiting from out of town and Stopped in to their place for some good homemade donuts. The staff was courteous and friendly and the shop is very clean and I really enjoyed the donuts and coffee.
I figured it was time to write a little something about this awesome place. I've been living in Jennings for a while now and my standby breakfast place is Ace's. I love the Kolache's as well as the donut holes but everything on the menu is fresh! They open super early as well. No matter what time you show up, either when the doors fist open or right before the doors close, the staff is smiling and happy to see you! But the best part is the hometown feeling you get when you go there. The lady behind the counter, Shanna, remembers you and your order and always has time to say good morning and give you a warm smile! No better way to start the day than with a smile and hot kolache!
Oh, had the very BEST King Cake for Mardi Gras, hands down prettiest and best tasting in the country!
